The other seven are things like pollution, crime, cleanliness, traffic, housing, parks, and parks and playgrounds. That means that there is no up front cost associated with moving from a housing stock to another. This is a good thing. It means that there is no risk of you going to the ER with a high city life factor because you didn’t need to move.

The citylife factor is the amount of unhealthy behaviors that you have within your city. In other words, it is the likelihood of you being unhealthy. It also shows up on a number scale in the city life factor. So if you have a 5, you are at least 5 times more likely to be unhealthy to begin with.

I used to have a hard time with citylife factor, but I now understand its value. It makes moving to a new city easier. If you are moving to a new city, your city life factor should be at least 50%. So if you are moving to a new city, you are at a very low risk of being unhealthy. However, if you are moving from a housing stock to another, your city life factor should be at least 100%.

With citylife factors, the city is really only a “checkbox” of the health status of the entire population, so it doesn’t really affect you in that way. However, if you move to a new city and you have a citylife factor of less than 50, you are more likely to be unhealthy than if you move to a new city and you have a citylife factor of more than 50.

As you move to a new city, your health factor should be lower than before. This is because you have to spend money to build a new house, and you move to a new area so that you can build a new home. This means that you should be able to start saving money as you move, and this is the only way to save money in case you need to move back to your old housing stock.
