At the same time you may not receive such positive feedback from people who have not purchased directly from your website. That’s because word of mouth is a very small piece of the SEO puzzle.

So for those of you who do not receive positive feedback from people who have not purchased directly from your website, it is still likely that your website is doing well and you simply don’t know it.

There is a phrase that I use all the time, it sums up to “word of mouth is an opinion.” Most people will think about a company as a whole, and the opinions of its customers. But in reality the opinions of customers are often very different from the opinions of other people.
