Many of us have been taught that health is a given, even if we don’t consciously know it. There is a common belief that if you’re healthy, you’ll be healthy forever. My wife and I have a rule: to eat or not to eat depending on the day. If we’re going to eat food, we’ll at least make an effort to eat good food. If we’re not going to eat food, then we have no choice. We’re also very picky about what and how much we eat. But if we just avoid junk, it will become more and more difficult to eat healthfully.
I’m so glad that I could have these few moments of peace. We’re always on the go. We’re constantly trying to live life to the fullest. We work three jobs so we can always eat at least the bare minimum needed to live the life we want to live.
